GEKA Telecom undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable national regulations and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, which came into force on May 25, 2018.

The only data we learn about users is that which the user sends us by e-mail when he or she wishes to contact us via the contact e-mail address indicated on the www.geka-telecom.com website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
