About our support:


Mission :


The technical department assists our partners and end customers on the whole product range. We provide level 2 and 3 technical support on :
   - the WiMAX 4G / LTE networks and associated products (backhaul, AAA, softswitch, Billing, etc..)
   - AASTRA MATRA iPBX and unified communication software (call and management centers, etc...)
   - Alvarion & Proxim unlicensed wireless local loop
   - Videosurveillance solutions
   - Triple play solutions


In our lab, we also have a large selection of the platforms and software from our range, which allows us to replicate telecom infrastructures on a smaller scale. All these pieces of equipment allow us to reproduce and simulate the problems. The invesgation then leads to adaptive technical solutions or patches in case of software bugs. .
